Good Morning guys :)

 

Does anyone have any clue or has read anywhere about k2 and the affidavit of support? Would I need two seperate forms? 

I keep finding only old posts about it. :mellow:

I'm more of a lurker than a poster, but....   Receive Date: 4/5/17 NOA1 Approval: 4/10/17 NOA2 Approval: 8/7/17   Just got it in the mail yesterday!

OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

Someone asked about it a couple of days ago... And it makes sense to me you only need one affidavit. The only thing that you have to take into account is your household will be one member more with the kid, so your income has to meet the corresponding amount according to the Poverty Guidelines :)

Winx Club is that colorful fairy thing? Lol, sorry, I'm not a connoisseur when it comes to kids stuff, but I think I've seen those dolls here. Sounds lovely :)

The I-134 includes the K2 beneficiary information and a separate form is not needed. When you file your DS-160 you will have separate forms for the K1 and K2 beneficiaries so that you can pay the filing fee for each applicant.

DAY 5 after NOA2 :jest:

Don't worry, I'm not starting a new countdown :) It feels weird not having to check the timeline anymore though, I can tell you that. Also today I feel like I'm having a hangover and part of yesterday events are kind of blurry, so if I didn't say thank you to any of you, my bad and know that I greatly appreciate it. I should have slept like a baby last night, but quite the opposite, I fell asleep past 2am and woke up at 7am. Lol, pretty stupid considering is a holiday here today :P

 

Talking about stupid, I just realized I said the tread I quoted just before was from July, and we are in August, duh... So no a couple of days ago.

 

Anyway, hoping for a very productive day full of NOA2 here today. Utah is quite close to California, so we got our letter pretty fast, but other times it takes up to a week, so I'm sure there's more golden tickets on its way for you.

 

Let's go for another day full of news :yes:
