Thank you for not putting words in my mouth as the other poster did and being respectful after the fact.  I apologize for calling you classless earlier.

No apology needed I understand this whole process is frustrating for most everyone.

I don't think my original comment was classless either but I certainly can be at times in other regards :jest:

It's all good.

Thanks!

Try calling early in the morning like 8:01 if they start at 8 lol.

After getting hung up on while being transferred to Level 3 last Friday I called again today at 4pm they close at 6pm.

Took about 4 minutes to get to the first line of defense. She said it was already too late in the day to get to Level 2 as they were super busy.

She suggested I call back at 8:00am tomorrow LOL

So might start dialing at 7:58 :P

3 words, a wonderful feeling :

we got approved today 😍

Just got a call back from a tier 2 officer ( luckily we didn't have to wait 6 more hours) and he told us we got approved today.

It still makes me wonder why we got a second noa1 but at this point I'm just happy beyond measure!

Thanks to everyone who tried to help me. I hope you all will be with your loved ones soon.

Congrats update the time line on the NOA 2 when you guys get a chance.

What a way to start the week!

Seems like 120 days/4 months is just about the average for now.

Hello!

To be clear, all I-129f petitions are sent to the Texas lockbox (which is different from the Texas Service Center) and then routed to the California Service Center.  The Texas lockbox  acts as USCIS' personal post office and sends petitions where they need to go to be adjudicated.  It is not an actual service center.  All I-129f petitions (since March of 2015) are being adjudicated by the California service center.

If you correct this on your timeline it will give you a more accurate reading as well as help out with VJ statistics.

The only exception is if your NOA1 specifically states the word "transferred" instead of "routed".

Our Journey:
04/19/2014- Met online
10/2014- Visited Nigeria and he proposed!!!!

Hi guys! We just received ou RFE in the mail and apparently we just forgot to put a yes or no at 35. Did you meet your fiance or spouse through the services of an international marriage broker?

It says that he has to sign and date it, but where do we sign and date? It doesn't have a special place for it 😂
