Thanks! I am super excited and a bit nervous even though we have already lived together for 6 months. It has been 5 months since I last saw her.

I have a 40-minute drive to pick her up at the airport in 20 minutes!! :jest:

So exciting :jest:

All the best for you two :)

And yep, I can't wait either. But I'm a spoiled girl, so I'm having Gary coming to get me home. Just fair since I've been there for over five months, but he only visited here for one week :o

@JeniandMatt glad you are feeling better. We missed you here

And now I'm off to bed. It's 2:30am here :P

Hope you all have a nice rest of your day :)

Faye said you've been sick for the last three days...Hope you're feeling better sis.

Thanks Chris. I am feeling a lot better today. So I get to actually read everything. Yesterday I asked Faye what was going on and when she mentioned about keith and Monica's rfe I went online just to offer sympathy but was so behind I couldn't reach that post before my head is aching again so. I rested again. But thanks to Faye she is always checking on me. Nice to really find a friend in this forum. I hope we will all be until after😊

BTW, she was telling me that the airport staff and border control have super respect for the K1 holders. They treated her very well in Mini Apple and Amsterdam.

Glad to hear that, because I know she had really bad experiences with that in the past

Well earned!

Ok now I'm freaking out...WHY can't the Philippines put the correct information on their documents...or at least put the wrong info but same on all documents...Faye's moms Bday is different from local BC and National BC, so I'm hoping the Cenomar and the National BC match (even though her mothers age is wrong)

Oh it usually happens here. The clerk from either the hospital or the local civil registrar is too lazy to check details. But don't worry if the right entry is in the copy from the National Statistics office it's good. That is all that matters. And as for the Cenomar I just checked online because I still haven't gotten mine too. And it doesn't have any where that showed the parents age.

It's like when you are waiting for your food at a restaurant and it take forever. All you have to do is walk the the bathroom/CR and by the time you come back.

There it is on the table.

I have wondered if there is a 3rd level or maybe even a 4th level. Interesting! I wonder if the levels correspond to the level of the pyramid that they work in. If so, level 3 would be somewhere near the top.

The below image is the California Service Center (if you are not aware).

I say a group of us gather our pitch forks and torches and head down there soon.

A December filer approved in July told me about Tier 3.  He said it was the highest you could go without talking to a member of management.

I usually don't mention Tier 3 in the threads, figured it would be the mythological 'Bigfoot' and just start an argument.  I slipped on a post yesterday and mentioned it......  Anyways, He had a story to tell - wow!  I started the conversation with him to pick some pointers from his experiences over the 7 mos.

He described Tier 1 as a Gov't contractor to take the brunt of angry callers - their access is what we have on the www

Tier 2 based in New Hampshire or somewhere in North East - National Call Center.  Can see a little more of the case, like touches, but can't communicate with the adjudicator and actually doesn't know if your case is in the hallway in a pile or on a desk or on the shelf.

Tier 3 can place notes on the file, drop a instant message on desktop of adjudicator, and make a request of the adjudicator.

I have yet to succeed to get a tier 3, interestingly - they never deny they exist. lol

Yeah my tier/level 2 guy was probably laughing when he said "Let me put you through".........beep click.....dead air....Yup a real Knee Slapper those USCIS folks.

That's what I get for calling 2 hours before they are set to go home on a Friday.

Has anyone else felt physically sick from stress? We both have had a rough two weeks.

Mentally for sure. If not for the fact I'm flying over there next week I don't know what I would do.

So tonight I've gone down the rabbit hole and convinced myself that we will have trouble getting our noa2 because Matt is recently divorced :(

Does anyone else go through stages of complete and utter panic that they won't get their NOA2 at all or is it just me?

I'm divorced too. No biggie. We are also using an attorney and she is very confident that we will be approved. If she is confident than I am confident and so should you be! 😊 Best of luck!
