My answer isn't going to help much but there's no way to tell unless you're lucky enough to talk to someone at CSC who will give you a hint. There's been a little luck with that this past week but it's the exception and not the rule. After 5 months of watching cases adjudicated, my opinion is you'd have just as much luck guessing which bingo ball will pop up next at the bingo parlor. If logical progression was in play I'd guess 2 to 3 weeks. It seems to only have a hint of impact on adjudication though.

That really blows about the RFE. You wait enough just for them to touch it and this happens. I hope you get your RFE expedited and are able to get on to the next step quickly. Yours should be a quick fix and you'll be on your way to a happy reunion sooner than later.

Using the new form it is all included in the I-129F form.  So no it is not needed.

thank you! and no I actually didnt file from the Philippines. Filed from Cali. and actually I can technically have her come with me back here to the US after visiting her next month...but she wants to stay in the Philippines until end of november...so i'll be going back to pick her up

The system said they would call me in 20 minutes.

40 minutes went by and nothing so I hopped in the shower and you guest it....ring ring.

I got out and grabbed the phone with my wet hand.

It said something like press 1 to speak to a rep. so I did and then the hold music played for another 5 minutes...grrrr

First lady gave me zero info. She transferred me to some dude.

He then said he would connect me directly with a 3rd level person (he did not use the word Tier)

next thing I here  beep click, i'm disconnected.

Oh well, try again on Monday

I have wondered if there is a 3rd level or maybe even a 4th level. Interesting! I wonder if the levels correspond to the level of the pyramid that they work in. If so, level 3 would be somewhere near the top.
