You will likely not receive an expedite based on USCIS error because there could have been no error made- it could be with the postal service.   There's really no way to prove it and it also has not caused anything negative to your case (meaning nothing has been denied due to a lack of response) you just haven't been able to respond yet. 

 

Use your energy for positive steps!  Let's be thankful that it's in their policies to issue RFE's at all- they could just deny all the cases that are filed incorrectly.

Does anyone know the best option to ship my papers internationally to my fiancee? I'm more nervous about my mail getting lost than ever. I was thinking USPS since I haven't had a problem with them delivering mail I've sent in the past. International scares me a bit though.

Thank you.  Based on some of what others have said it probably is the TOS from the dating site.  If that's not it, then I'm not sure.  It is a good idea to go over things and I will do that.

Congratulations!!! Just a quick question. I am the USC and I filed from the Philippines because I've been staying here for awhile, did you do the same thing? So you'll be accompanying your fiance to the U.S.? :-)

So everyone else was calling USCIS Friday I figured what the heck.

I called them to. Went though all the menus and entered the WAC #.

The system said they would call me in 20 minutes.

40 minutes went by and nothing so I hopped in the shower and you guest it....ring ring.

I got out and grabbed the phone with my wet hand.

It said something like press 1 to speak to a rep. so I did and then the hold music played for another 5 minutes...grrrr

First lady gave me zero info. She transferred me to some dude.

He then said he would connect me directly with a 3rd level person (he did not use the word Tier)

next thing I here  beep click, i'm disconnected.

Oh well, try again on Monday

The fact the tracker didn't update informing them of a RFE might be used as base of an expedite, or at least to give it a try.

 

I mean, imagine the letter really gets lost in the mail and they were a passive couple that just keeps waiting and waiting. They wouldn't know about the RFE, that I think they have a deadline to be responded, right? Because of the tracker not updating, they would be clueless about the situation...

 

Don't know, was just thinking of that... But really agree is better to focus your energy on positive and active working

Mine is still down. It says they're upgrading the web interface for improvements and to easily switch between mail and packages.

Lol. I use all of them. Both Android and iOS. There's 3 on Android. USCIS App for Android is my favorite Android app because you can set it up for alerts for any activity on I-129F cases. There's only 2 on iOS and USCIS Tracker lets you scan up to 500 cases following your case number.

you are not alone.  mine noa 1 received date was 4/11. still waiting for noa2
