I can see requiring TOS if you met on an obscure, unfamiliar dating site or one of a dubious nature but if you met on a well known site like EHarmony or Match.com etc...  I would think the TOS would not be necessary as the reviewer would know the nature of the dating site.

I just scanned with the phone app cases before mine and... saw an approval for April 6th (always Received date) issued today :o

Edit: Case ending in 580, btw... Though I don't think we have the happy couple among us ;)

Hi there .. how are you? .. I do not understand, actually, this Igor's List ..

I watched you said about number 580 .. My case is number 605 .. If this is how it works .. It seems to me that I still have to Wait a lot :(

I met my Faye on ChristianFilipina. That's not a dating site because they have no matching dynamic. However: if I get the wrong adjudicator I'll get an RFE...I should have just sent it in to be safe, but I dropped the ball.

Yeah, I used VietnamCupid and made sure to send in the highlighted TOS.

I got my letter of employment from my co-sponsor so looks like tonight I'm double checking to make sure I have everything ready to send to my fiancee next Thursday. I'm super excited for it... I know every step I get closer and closer to finally having him here and it's so surreal at this point. It almost feels like a dream. We've been together since 2015 and it's nothing compared to what most people on VJ have been together. I can't imagine how some do it for so long, but it shows unbelievable strength to keep the relationship strong since LDR's aren't easy. I'm just finally happy we can fully spend time together (longer than 90 days :P) and won't have to countdown our days together.

What a happy day it is! I stressed so long about finding a co-sponsor never believing I would even find one. I can't believe how far we've come.

Does anyone know the best option to ship my papers internationally to my fiancee? I'm more nervous about my mail getting lost than ever. I was thinking USPS since I haven't had a problem with them delivering mail I've sent in the past. International scares me a bit though.

I would actually use the USPS for Australia. My fiance in Nepal we used UPS only because there wasn't a Fedex office near to me. But for Australia the USPS is actually quite good and the Australian national postal service is just as good. I went other carrier because Nepal's postal service isn't quite as solid in that respect. She actually used to send everything back and forth to her parents via DHL or Fedex when here so I followed her example/recommendation.

Guys I send papers on March 30th, Receipt notice I received on 4/7 and after that I am still waiting for approval... does anyone have same issue?

It seems like they are still processing cases with received dates between March 23 and March 31

However, there are a few cases with April 1 to April 5 received dates that have already been approved.

So just hang in for a little longer...2 more weeks I would say. They're getting closer and closer to you...maybe at a sloth's pace but closer :dancing:

Wow, they seriously worked on April yesterday :o

Not only on April 5th, that got 11 RFE's and a NOID (12 visible actions out of 67 cases... they really dag it hard on that one), plus another NOID for April 4th :( and 12 RFE's more for April 3rd... and that's only things we can see.

Will they be back to a 'normal' working rate? We can always hope :)

Wow,, Thank you for this info.. do you look at the received date or the noa date.. Honestly, I am confused which of the two.. my received date is on April 3rd and Noa date is April 6th..

Nothing to do with Igor's list, since I can't know whose case it's a simple number in the tracker. It's the WAC number what ends in 580.

@JosephRose Always Received date, since that's what the USCIS tracker shows.
