If you put "asiandating.com" and did not include the TOS then good chance that is what the RFE is for. However some adjudicators do let it pass.

At this point it would seem like this would most likely be the reason for the RFE but does not explain why no RFE received yet and why not updated on website.

That's definitely the reason for a RFE if you didn't include the terms of service. It's part of the International Marriage Broker Act requirement.

Well thank you all for the information.  I have printed the whole thing to a pdf and can print it out as soon as I get the RFE, but I need to get it.  I am going to call again and see if I can expedite it.

I agree with everyone else that seems like a likely cause for an RFE, so always smart to cover your bases having the response ready if it turns out to definitely be it.

I met my Faye on ChristianFilipina. That's not a dating site because they have no matching dynamic. However: if I get the wrong adjudicator I'll get an RFE...I should have just sent it in to be safe, but I dropped the ball.

Hello guys! Did any April filers send their package  using the new forms? I sent mine off on the 13th and I'm just worried I will get a Rfe for using the old form. 😔 I heard about the new form after I mailed mine off.

They check for proper form and proper fee right away so you are good. If they did not like it they would have responded to you by now plus I believe that type of info does still get updated on the APP.  (if they feel like it LOL)

Just called back to set up an Expedite.  Set up the expedite.  He did say that if it has not been 15 days since it was sent then they still have time.  The are supposed to get back to me in 5 days on the Expedite.

Don't worry I filed with the older forms as well! I believe these forms were accepted for awhile after the April 10th date. As long as your case was received and the NOA1 was mailed you're good!

 

I had my fiancé call USCIS as I had a major freakout about that, but the guy reassured us that our check wouldn't have been cashed if we screwed up.

What @LabOz said. Plus the old form was good till some date mid June, so no worries.

I got my letter of employment from my co-sponsor so looks like tonight I'm double checking to make sure I have everything ready to send to my fiancee next Thursday. I'm super excited for it... I know every step I get closer and closer to finally having him here and it's so surreal at this point. It almost feels like a dream. We've been together since 2015 and it's nothing compared to what most people on VJ have been together. I can't imagine how some do it for so long, but it shows unbelievable strength to keep the relationship strong since LDR's aren't easy. I'm just finally happy we can fully spend time together (longer than 90 days ) and won't have to countdown our days together. 

 

What a happy day it is! I stressed so long about finding a co-sponsor never believing I would even find one. I can't believe how far we've come. 

 

Does anyone know the best option to ship my papers internationally to my fiancee? I'm more nervous about my mail getting lost than ever. I was thinking USPS since I haven't had a problem with them delivering mail I've sent in the past. International scares me a bit though.
