OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

We have same timeline. We are still a month away at least.

Call in 30 days but be persistent to talk with tier 2 . Even then no promises.

Prior poster just got lucky his calling had nothing to do with the NOA 2.

Keith I know it is not perfect outcome BUT it is still progress. Your case will not be lost down the rabbit hole. Once you get the RFE just make a copy of everything they send you in case they  or the USPS loses it when you send it back. Also return with delivery confirmation so that you have piece of mind that it at least made it there. I would like to know how the website is not update though that part is odd. I thought they update it for RFE and it has been 11 days since 7/31. I forget if you met on dating site if so did you mention that and then did you attach TOS of the dating website?

08-09: NVC received (fiance received an e-mail)

08-09: NVC case# assigned (in same e-mail)

08-10: CEAC status showed "ready" (received at Montreal). I sent in the packet 3 stuff.

08-11: Submitted packet 3, paid my fee and was able to schedule an appointment. 

 

The earliest dates available for Montreal were Sept 6, then the 13, 20, and 27

Didn't book the medical yet (maybe tomorrow) but booked the earliest available interview date. The guy I called earlier at the only available medical place in Montreal said they have appointments as early as next week so I'm not worried about being able to get in in time.

I did mention that we met on a dating site.  I did not send the Terms of Service at all.  Is that a possibility as to the RFE?
