Ok, I feel more relieved now, knowing they said they are going to resend it, but be hot on their heels, just in case

The problem is not knowing how long it will take to resend it. Not knowing what the heck it is, which I can't even imagine what it could be.

Just called our favorite people in the world (notice the extreme sarcasm) and was told that an RFE was sent to me on 7/31.  I of course have not seen anything in the mail nor does it show online that an RFE was requested.  I am beyond pissed off and frustrated with the lack of information and compassion from them.  Tier 1 still says that they received it on 3/28 and that they are working on Feb petitions.  Asked for a Tier 2 and got a call back while still trying to setup the callback and they say that I got an RFE. ####### could it possibly be!!!  I can't imagine.  I need something to calm me down.  I wish I could speak with Monica, but she is at work.

That's such a bummer! I've been looking forward to your approval. I'm almost as sad as you over this. But probably not quite.

I am, I've been keeping an eye on some of the UK people on the March thread and it looks like it's about 2 months from NOA2 to the visa being issued. In fact someone is flying out tomorrow I think and they received their NOA2 at the end of June.

Jonathan has been researching and says interviews are about a month out. Ima give NVC a week before I start calling for that number so he can schedule his physical and interview.

I know! I would be having the same feelings, because uncertainty and me don't mix well.

So see if the tracker updates with a RFE for you this time, and hopefully they are resending ASAP. But I would call them back next Friday if there's no news.

I'll be watching your timeline to hopefully give me some idea of how long it will take for us!  I'm hoping to be in the US by the beginning of November at the latest!

If he's not here and we aren't married by oct 23rd, I believe, then all of this was for naught. What pissed me off is that when I explained the situation and how it was out of my control and asked what would happen then, they had no answers.

I know, and with a very good reason! The way they had you on hold about the expedite was completely inappropriate
