We tried so many times to talk to Tier 2 officer but in vain

IS there any other way?

Tell customer service that they can't see your case and you would like to speak to someone who can. Please transfer me to tier 2.

Everyone is calling now :jest: I tried to get through to a tier two, asked to speak to one five times but the lady I was speaking to wouldn't transfer me. Maybe I shouldn't have done that because now I all stirred ... and believe me it took every ounce of politeness I had to get off the phone without being an a$$ :jest: so here we are :whistle: Good Luck everyone ... I hope its good news soon!

Keep calling. They can't deny you truly. If they hang up on you complain about it when you call back.

Just called our favorite people in the world (notice the extreme sarcasm) and was told that an RFE was sent to me on 7/31.  I of course have not seen anything in the mail nor does it show online that an RFE was requested.  I am beyond pissed off and frustrated with the lack of information and compassion from them.  Tier 1 still says that they received it on 3/28 and that they are working on Feb petitions.  Asked for a Tier 2 and got a call back while still trying to setup the callback and they say that I got an RFE. ####### could it possibly be!!!  I can't imagine.  I need something to calm me down.  I wish I could speak with Monica, but she is at work.

My two cents;

To all Democtats, Republicans, Independents, Legal Immigrants, Illegal Immigrants and Martians ( if I left you out then you officially scare me)

Our government is flat out broken! We have way too many lazy fat a@@ed bureaucratic moochers in power.

Congress can't pass a healthcare law that doesn't screw at least half the country over. ACA included. Nor can they balance a budget. USCIS waits 7 years to process Haitian refugees and then decides too now. But we are supposed to trust them? Give me a break!

sorry but that rant has been brewing for a while now
