It is both funny and stupid.  Does not seem to be real.  The only one that seemed to me that it was going to work was the Thai girl and the guy from New Orleans. Even though they went to Thailand.  That is why they are not on the show now.  They came to Portland, where I am from, for a little while.

I would hope they would make an exception for HIV and notify the petitioner.

Strictly speaking when it comes to HIPAA, what someone has is irrelevant.  It protects the patient from the medical provider giving up the information.  I would hope that the love and trust between the Petitioner and Beneficiary would mean they would talk about it together.

Hoping for some NOA2 news for all of the early April filers today!

 

We've set our wedding date for the November 18th so desperately hoping we will all start getting some progress soon! 

 

 My estimate has changed from 22nd August to 24th August today but it's still only 2 weeks away. I think all of us will have the patience of a saint after all of this waiting

Thanks for posting the link. Interesting. A larger number of cases received in the second quarter and already more cases adjudicated from the second quarter. I can't wait to toggle the 2nd Quarter-Approved number up by one.

I did see in the March thread that someone with an NOA1 date of 6th April received their NOA2 dated 3rd August. Slowly but surely getting there! 

 

I've given up trying to figure out any rhyme or reason to how these processing times work, Just keep thinking my NOA2 will get here soon.

 

I already told my fiancé that as soon as I get to NC, I need to go straight to Biscuitville and get a country ham, egg and cheese biscuit with home fries and a diet dr pepper. I'm dreaming about it already

I think that for whatever reason they seem to work slower each year in the 2nd quarter (Jan to Mar). But now they seem to catch up and by the end of September most cases from April, May and partly June should be done.. they also received less cases in April and May than February and March..

So another inbetweener has had their Noa2 . Still  part of the bulk approval last week. Still a good news😊 so maybe there are still approvals that is on our way 😊

 I love Dr pepper too. Matt had me tried it when he was here and I loved it😊

I don't like those stats, lol.

Not only they worked on less cases for the second quarter, but the denials went up in over a 10% and are the 28% of cases worked.

I could be way off but could those stats relate to rejected applications as well? If so, then the change in forms being updated and fee change may be to blame for the denial rate rising.

I think that the increase of denials was something that was noted by the February filers back when I first started following the stats. And it didn't occur to me when I posted earlier regarding the table that it's referring to the fiscal year, not the calendar year. There are no stats for the April filers listed on the table. 1st Quarter Fiscal Year 2017 would be October to December 2016. It makes more sense to me now.
