She can attend the CFO seminar even without visa yet but the CFO will not issue a sticker to her passport. Once she got her visa on hand, she needs to go to CFO office to get her sticker for the passpory otherwise she couldn't leave the country.

They also have agents inside the NAIA terminals that will affix the sticker with a seminar completion letter, just pre-arrange one to meet at your specific terminal.

She has two options:

1. Attend the sEminar without Visa yet and go back again to get her sticker once she's VOH.

2. Attend the seminar once she's VOH and received her sticker after the seminar. (same day)

Like previously stated. she can attend before if you prefer, you will just have to go back and get the sticker or get it in the airport. or she can wait for her visa, but she must schedule an appointment for the seminar...My Fiance is doing it before

@Jb1 The CFO link I sent you has all the info you need, including how she makes her appointment to attend, the cost and required docs. If she has a copy of the I-129 its even better cause it will have most of the info in it that she will need while filling out the forms on site. Have a Great night and good luck you guys!

I am not sure what channel it is on, but the show is 90 Day Fiance.  I think maybe Lifetime, but not sure.  If you have cable you can search on it, there are multiple versions of the show and it has been on for about 5 seasons now.  Recently they are following several specific couples past their AOS and on as they are having problems.  It is a hoot.

Are you the Beneficiary or the Petitioner?  The Beneficiary has to go thru the CFO before leaving the Philippines.  They would have to do it if they were going out of country to work as well.  It will happen last before they leave to fly to the US.

@Jb1 it is just a seminar that they have to attend.  From what I know(which is not a lot) it is not a huge deal.  It is just a requirement of the Philippine Government.  She goes and gets it done and then she can leave the country.  @Chris2870 gave you all the info.  My guess is that she already knew about it.  Has she left the Philippines before?  Or will this be her first time leaving the country?

If I'm not mistaken TLC is the channel..I do watch 90 day fiancé shows here in the Phils..they're also available on YouTube but difficult to find the full seasons and episodes there, they're not arrange in sequence or proper order..😂😋
