I'm in the same boat, nothing coming yet. I'm super stressed and bummed out.

Your stress is understandable, girls, specially when you can almost reach it with the tips of your fingers, since you are seeing approvals for your date.

But USCIS has been working slower lately and that date, being a Monday, has a high number of cases (264). Plus, as usual, snail mail is slow... *Captain Obvious reporting* :P

Don't start putting yourselves in the worst case scenario yet :)

Been reading some of the posts and I am a bit confused.  Are notifications for NOA2 and/or RFE being sent by text/e-mail or only by regular mail?  I ask this because I believe I may be approaching the big day (fingers crossed) and I will be out of the country the last 2 weeks of August so I won't be receiving my mail or texts, but I will have access to e-mail.

All NOA2s are being sent only by regular mail. Most RFEs as well just regular mail.

If you have signed that form for email notification supposed to be you are gonna be informed via email but then even that doesn't seem to be working so it is really just the notification thru mail that everybody is getting. You can maybe register for that informed Delivery that some are using now so when you have something in the mail you will be informed thru email

Thanks for the answers.  I will try.  I had signed up for e-mail and text.  If they do make a decision I just may not find out until the end of the month.  Oh well.

Maybe someone could also check the mailbox for you? If you got a RFE (really really hope that is not the case) then you would want to know what's that about to see how to fix it ASAP.

Good luck!

Lots of prayers and luck for everyone still waiting!  Don't know why it seems they do everything in batches and then there's a pause or delay, but I'm sure it's coming soon for everyone.  I have resisted the urge to call NVC yet, but will probably do so by Friday.  It seems as though NVC is moving at lightning speed as of late, or compared to USCIS!

Sure NVC is moving fast lately. Hope they keep it like that for when our time comes! :)

And I'm sorry you couldn't sort out your situation yet :( Hopefully soon and for the better.

Lol, we have time travellers here! It would be cool if they could tell us when we are getting our approvals, right? :P

@Estibaliz the current advice from the Nvc was For us to send a letter again , this yime notarized that we want to revoke our withdrawal.. and send it to USCIS, since they cant have our petition withdraw already its just to make sure to avoid further problems.. ThankYou

Hope that works! At least it sounds as it shouldn't be USCIS business anymore since the petition is out of there, but yeah, better not to leave loose ends.

Good luck!

Hi all, hope you are well! A question just popped into my mind - for the K1 Visa medical exam...do I (as the US citizen) get sent my foreign beneficiary's results regardless of if she is 100% healthy or if there is some kind of issue health wise?

No, it goes to the embassy. Neither of you get the results.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken
