APPROVED!!!!!!
Received date: 3/28
NOA1 date: 4/03
NOA2 date: 8/03

This proves the 4 months right on the dot!!

Also, today I received an email back from my senator!

"Dear Ms. Wenner:

Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, regarding the I129F filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In receipt of your inquiry, a thorough review was completed on your constituent’s case. USCIS records show the following:

-          The California Service Center approved the referenced case on August 04, 2017.  The case will be forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing within the next 2-3 weeks."

Not sure what it means that it was approved August 4th from the senator, but the notice on the I-797 form says 8/03. Either way it's kinda one of those situations that makes you wonder if the senator DID help. An inquiry was sent out on August 3rd from my senator. Either way, I am super happy!!!

To everyone else, I'm positive you're going to get approvals soon! I promise it is all worth it when you get it. I know I wasn't the best being patient, but as many others who have got their NOA2s would probably agree with me, it was all worth it! :)

YAY, NOW TO CELEBRATE!!!!! :) :dance:

HOPE TO SEE MANY MORE APPROVALS!!!

Congratulations!!!

thru my exhaustive research for authentic Filipino food for my bride to be. I've located a Filipino owned and operated online grocery store in New Jersey called FilStop. They pretty much have everything, except the fresh veggies.

Now most of you will be moving in or around bigger cities that have exhaustive Asian markets, but some; like my Faye, being that I live in SE Kansas, will not. So it might be worth checking out!:D

You should try to find Albanian food! I've found one European market and a Balkan cafe in Jacksonville that has some of the goods or foods my fiancee enjoys but I've found absolutely nothing in Orlando. My house is in Orlando and I work in Jacksonville. Same goes for the Albanian communities. Nothing in Orlando but my Jacksonville apartment is in an area where some of the Albanian community lives and works. I'm trying to find avenues to prevent the culture shock from being overwhelming and I'm coming up with a giant goose egg in Orlando.

I bet. I read that just being able to eat native foods can lesson homesickness substantially. And make the transition a lot more palatable ( pun intended) B-)

Thank you! 😊 I really hope to wake up one day (preferably this week) with a bombardment of approvals.

This is what has been reported here on VJ so far... So yep, two March received date and a random one for mid month. Hopefully we'll see that sad 3 number go up soon :)
