Haha thank you everyone now I can clear my head and relax a little bit. I forgot to mention that Friday I drafted an email to my senator Tim Kaine to ask what the heck was going on. Now I feel so silly!

I can imagine how youre feeling I'd be as scared and excited like you if I am at the same situation. But let's hope and pray for the best may it be a Noa2. Good luck!

Thank you! It's so nerve-wracking but so far it seems from what others are saying it's an NOA2!! I will hope it is indeed one!!!

Well forgot the post but my Fiancee and I finally got our NOA2 it came in the mail Saturday. I literally checked the mailbox 4 times that day. Finally, as I was driving home I saw a mail truck down the road so figured why not check one more time and there it was! Haha maybe I was going a bit crazy 😂. NOA1: April 5th

NOA2: August 1st

Has anyone else noticed that NOA2s seem to be in the post in exactly 4 months time from received date? 

 

If my latest theory is correct, that means we should get ours in 2 weeks on the 21st! How exciting? Let's hope it comes that quick and I'm also right haha

Would you be using Apostille for any of your documents (Birth certificate, Criminal records, Marital status). I will for sure get it for my Birth certificate since it is for life, but I am wondering about Marital status and Criminal records. Criminal records are only valid for 6 months and as far as I remember I need it for my AOS. Apostille is expensive and my embassy's site (Sofia) does not say anything about it. 

 

Also, will you be using professional legalized translations? I read that people have passed their interviews with documents they've translated on their own.

 

I see people with NOA1 on April 5th have gotten their approvale. I'm on April 6th!

Finally I can get a move on with my life. 

I'm sure many others are getting there's as well so stay positive everyone! Looks like today might be a good day for approvals

I've been noticing this myself.... except for the unfortunate few that are waiting 6 months

Have to say I was pretty sure this would happen this week, since 4 months is the new trend for NOA2's. 

Hoping that is true for the rest of Aprilites here that have been waiting equally long

The I-797C form says

Don't worry about the notice date. Receipt Date is the date on which USCIS received your application for extension. Notice Date is the day on which the receipt notice is issued. The receipt date is the relevant date for proving that a case was timely filed."

.so, day that uscis write " my case was received " is  a day we should look at
