Just so we can all relax for the weekend, since I know some of you like to scan cases for start of the month, I just did that for dates 3-6 April, and nothing new that we can see there. There could be approvals we don't see, as usual :)

Only new thing was a denial issued yesterday from a 4/5 case, but that's not relevant for us, because I'm pretty sure it was an expedite, since they had got a RFE they replied to two months ago.

OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

I have a WAC receipt number but for some reason was just transferred to the Texas service center, that's why my timeline states transferred. 

You know it was darnedest thing because it was tracking Texas timeline dates until I had seen that last night.  I just wanted to thank you again for pointing that out to me.  I didn't know or think about... given the hours I work I probably just spaced it, but anyway that I needed to change dealymabobber so seriously thank you:)  I'm one of trhose that needs to timeframes lol

Thanks for the link. Gives me hope that there are actually a lot of approvals for Philippines. Just don't know the percentage though but my optimistic mind won't mind that right now. Makes me wonder what the statistics for July is. Because we all know it has gone so slow for July

And yes, probably July shows lower numbers, but we won't know if that's a trend until August is over, so keep hoping for the best ;)

Yes Matt would usually told me I am the optimist and he is the pessimist lol. I always try to look for something good in everything. For me no matter how bad the situation gets there is always something to be thankful about 😊. Have you clicked the link here is the PDF file if you haven't looked at it. When we first met... <3 8/2015 - First met. 10/6/2015 - Started dating. 9/23/2016 - His first visit! 12/23/2016 - Left America. 12/25/2016 - Landed in Australia!  K1 Visa 3/23/17 - I-129F sent. 4/3/17 - NOA1 email confirmation/notice date. 4/7/17 - NOA1 hard copy received!  8/2/17 - Contacted USCIS and spoke with a Tier-2 officer, also contacted my senator. 8/3/17 - Constituent Advocate contacted me and I put in an inquiry on my case. 8/3/17 NOA2 Approved the day after I contacted the Tier-2 officer. 8/7/17 - NOA2 hard copy received! (The same day I received an email from my senators office that I was approved) NVC 8/24/17 - NVC received our case. 8/24/17 - Case number received via email. 8/24/17 - Left the NVC to the consulate Consulate  9/4/17   -  Consulate recieved. 9/4/17   -  Packet 3 received. 9/5/17   -  Packet 3 sent! 9/7/17   -  Packet 4 received. 9/7/17   -  Packet 4 sent!  9/7/17   -  Medical scheduled for September 14th, 10:45 AEST. 9/7/17   -  Interview Scheduled for September 26th, 8:30 AEST.  9/14/17 -  Medical completed. 9/26/17 -  Interview complete. I think it's time I take a bit of a break from the forums for a while. I'll be back soon, maybe a few days. It's just too much and makes me wish I had my NOA2 right now lol. I'll just lounge around and work ahead in school course work. Congrats to all those who got their NOA2's! I'm happy for you all. I'll be back soon hopefully with good news. :)

On form i-797 there are two dates, one is received date stated in the letter, the other is NOA1 stated in the top right hand corner. It just helps others understand where USCIS are up to with processing :rolleyes:
