Lol, guys. Why don't you use the April cases Excel to at least know what cases are K1's and not waste your limited number of scans on other types of visa?

Efficiency, just saying :P

I also checked over 2000 and only found about 30 I-129's the rest are mainly I-130. All the way up to April 4

Seems like another lazy summer day for sure.  However my logical mind tells me they are indeed working, just not work we can see with end results atm.

I agree completely. One span of 800 plus cases netted 0 129's. That was around 4/7 I think

i just watched a YouTube video on how to use my new camera hosted by a squeaky voiced 12 year old for pity's sake :)

If I were I will  cancel the withdrawal since it will also be around 2 months  average for  you to process everything from Noa2. Around the same time that  you said he will come here to  marry you. Well that is just my opinion it's still up to you😉 with regard to his snoring don't worry too much he can just use CPAP machine and it will be resolved lol (that is the sleep tech in me talking)

This is a great news to end the week. Feeling hopeful for us next week aprilites 😊😊😊

our question was , how to withdraw the withdrawal now? dont you think the uscis will have a fave with 😖😣 because after receiving the NOa2 its too late for them to accept the withdrawal 😫

Congrats! And errr.... Touch base and post this in the main k-1 forum so you can get an answer from someone who has more experience than us newbies. ;)   May I ask why the reason for changing your minds?  Was it because you thought you would be waiting too long?

yeah. and i have a vacation in Ovtober. so we thought to get married. well also because theres still a lot of March line of 1s that havent had a noa2 yet. and im counting mine as april ..so wasnt expecting.. guess we failed in the testbofnout patience

Sorry to hear that, that's rough. But hey. You guys wanted the spousal route anyway right? AOS included!!

coz they said, if we maybe Try to do the spousal, or reapply again we wont take too long coz they already did a background check..

That was our original plan until I found out about the ten day waiting period for a marriage license in the Philippines. My vacation max is ten days straight including weekends.

I could have greased the pocket of a Barangay official but would've probably got caught when my return flight was before wedding day lol

First time I've heard that one.  Not saying it isn't the case but it would still take months to do the CR-1.  Whatever happens I hope your situation gets resolved quickly.

Lesson learned and lots of admiration your way for realizing it.  A couple more weeks of patience saves months of waiting, heartbreak and money.  The light at the end of the tunnel is much closer for Aprilites than we all realize.

I'm sorry if you already answered the question but I clearly missed a lot today while working so did you contact USCIS about the withdrawal? And what was the result? Are they honoring your NOA2 to move on with the K1 or are you gonna have to start all over and do the spousal visa?

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)
