Is it OK if I join in on the fun over here? My receive date is March 28th but NOA1 is April 3rd. 127 days so far. Going cray! Everyone in March is getting their approvals and I'm sadly patiently waiting and losing my mind. :unsure:

Join the crowd :jest: Hang in there ... maybe good news comes soon. This whole waiting thing is a drop in the bucket compared to what is to come ... unless of course your fiance is Russian ... then maybe two drops in the bucket after diplomats sent home. I am over it ... is what it is takes what it take.

Absolutely!  Welcome.  My received date was April 3rd, so we're pretty close together.  It does seem as if a lot of March filers are still waiting also, but I still have hope each day that we'll all get surprises in our mailbox soon!

Oh wow that really sucks.  My fiance is Ukrainian, and I've been thanking my lucky stars that relations are good right now.  Do you have any idea as to how this will affect your process?  Is the embassy there effectively shut down or what?

You're welcome to join right in. I don't think you'll find any more sanity than the March filers but there's no celebrations over approvals to taunt you with here.

Edit: On a positive note, all of the notifications I've seen lately have been right in your date range. Here's hoping it carries forward to yours!

Thank you! It makes me feel a little bit more normal. It's complicating because I'm a March filer who's NOA1 date lands in April. So I guess I fit in both March and April.

Right!? I've been stalking the trackers like crazy and I've noticed a lot of RFE's happening within my date range, so hopefully I'll be one of the lucky ones with an approval. Unfortunately, just junk mail today. -_-

Naa, they're not going to shut down the embassy, but I think the processing will slow a bit. I hope it is only a bit. On the embassy site they have already posted delays for Visa's so ... we will see. In any event ... I'm not going to worry with it. I was waiting for my next trip to be for interview, but with all the events lately and USCIS dragging their feet ... I am going to resume my monthly visits until we get her here, which I don't mind because I like Russia ... it's too bad its hard to make a living there otherwise I would be outta here lol

I have good hopes that we will get our approval soon. I contacted my senator by email. If that doesn't work, I'm gonna call. He's Australian so hopefully not too much longer. This process really knows how to test my patience. Lol

Wow, monthly!  That would be such a blessing.  I'm trying to stick with every 3-4 months right now, so far so good.  We've had 4 trips together since September of this past year.

Glad to see everyone else from April is going nuts as well. My official date was the 17th for the NOA1 and the black hole the paperwork falls into is driving me nuts. At least with digital communication it is better. Haven't seen the Fiance since the end of February when she went back. Originally was going to visit in June/July but her mother got sick so we pushed off my visit until she has her visa so we can fly back together. Only bad thing now is that I fear that is going to drop right in the middle of the national holiday shutdown/trekking season when flights get problematic.

I am hopeful that since she did her MBA here it should go relatively smoothly beyond the whole waiting thing.

Yes must be finished with series before 25 and since its three shots over 18 months then woman must be 24 or under. I got bored 5 months ago and researched it so I'm going off memory here.

Thanks for that info. I atleast know I'm not gonna be having that. I just hate that I had to have the 3 shots when I already have them
