So now Ima spend my lunch everyday calling until I get someone that can answer my question.

When he thought I was just asking for case statues he says it's still being worked on and it's well within normal processing times as they are working on processing cases from the first of January. Figured someone might want to hear that part. But anywho. Rant over.

Did you try getting your U.S Senator involved? USCIS has a separate dept. for congressional inquiries.

I understand your frustration. Vent as much as you like if that will lessen the load. We are so burden with this process when all we wanna have is to be with our loved ones. I hope you will be able to talk to someone who will be more helpful and knowledgeable with your case. Hang on there.

Hello friends!  I'm in beautiful (but HOT) Denver Colorado this week working a convention of educators so I haven't had time to chime in.  It's been great keeping up with everyone and welcome to the new folks that joined.  Majorly bummed that none of us have moved to NOA2 yet.  I appreciate the positive vibes but it's extremely disappointing to say the least.  I thought for sure we would see a couple by now since August is right around the corner.  I have been 1 day behind my VJ timeline for weeks!  Every day I think "I've finally caught up to my timeline!" and when I check... POOF it's been pushed back again! :)

Here's to hoping that when they finally hit April that they hit it HARD and the approvals just start pouring in!!

I appreciate the sentiment, but at this point it is not earlier than expected.  If it was easy, then everyone would do it.  LDR are very hard, but they are worth it if you truly love the other person.

DAY 115 B-) (Day 121 since Received) Nothing in Informed Delivery today.

I was happy that I was able to help you out.  There are a lot of good people here on this site that are willing to help you out.

I am just trying to hang on and get things ready for a trip to see her and hopefully be able to bring her back here with me.

Sorry guys I know the process is difficult, but getting your Congressman or Senator involved is not a wise move at this point

Completely agree. Everything I have read suggests that USCIS has been pushing back on almost all of the inquiries since I filed in April. You can get any number of responses from them but none of them seem to include the disposition of the application. The ultimate answer is simply keep waiting. As an March or April filer we are all still within the normal processing window... And they seem to be sticking with that answer no matter who asks.

Anybody lucky today?

Also how can USCIS be processing cases as of April 2 if April 2 was a Sunday? I'm confused...

Simply because the algorithm doesn't take into account day of the week, but it's probably based on the average processing times at each moment. April 2 was 115 days ago, that I think it's the estimated processing time for CSC on VJ right now.

Don't try to read too much into it :)

Yup. When I filed an inquiry in May it took them a month and then some to respond. They updated the site a few days after the inquiry was made, but no change after that, else I probably would've seen the response before I got the hardcopy. That's when it all crashed I guess..

On another note. Vj has just become the site for Support and Info, solves no other purpose.

I'm also getting frustrated bout this *beep* process. How slow can they be. Like March was four damn months ago. What the *beep*. Does everyone go on a group vacation? If Cali having a hard time, then transfer some of the cases til they can hold their own again.

@tcovington I'd dog them everyday for real ,cuz they could've just expedited the case. Steam would be coming thru my ears at this point. I hope you get proper advice and that it doesnt mess stuff up for you anymore than it already has

We did once before. Filled out the form they asked of us. And didn't hear anything else regarding the case, but did start receiving emails to campaign on his behalf.

I'd be afraid of causing a vendictive RFE. They can say they lost any number of things and really mess you up.

That scares me too. When I called later today they were like are you calling about an RFE, uhhhhh no. Ok case number please.
