I'm also enacting my plan B just in case this takes too long.

I am sending my Fiance' and Mother-In-Law to be, to Puerta Princesa for some quality one on one time before my Faye leaves. It will also allow her to get past any fears of flying because she has never flown before.

I may end up having to purchase a non-stop to LAX for her and just drive out and pick her up then drive back to Kansas together.

I'm from Puerto Princesa, great choice! :)

I thought it would be. only an hour flight but should suffice. She really wants to see the underground river. So I'll make it happen:jest:

Thinking I'll arrange it after my Faye has completed her resignation on Aug 10...She works for a Call Center and has to wait 60 days for back pay by rule... So I was thinking Sept 7-10. Then by the time she receives her back pay and prorated 13th month salary we should be ready to move...hopefully but who knows at this point.

I'm very thankful because people like you understand situations like this. I know it might seem ridiculous to others but I guess that's how we grow from this. We become more patient. Waiting for something we really wanted for a long time. Thanks for replying to my "venting out" lol I'm glad you noticed it though lol I know our NOA2 is just around the corner. Just a few more sleep and it'll be there in no time! I hope you get yours earlier than expected :-) Have a great day! @Keith & Monica

Oh good plan. I think. She will have more bonding time with her mom before she leaves her and you will also make one of her dream come true going to the underground river. She shouldn't fear about flying I think getting pass through immigration is more nerve-racking for me lol even with the complete documents they are sometimes not easy to deal with.

 My timeline have been pushed back again now.. We were originally "meant" to hear something next week, but now its getting closer to end of Aug... Luckily my fiancé will be here with me next week and we're going to Rome next weekend but that will be the last time I see him until I move..I just hope I'll be there before Christmas now. Fingers crossed for everyone today, hopefully we'll see some NOA2's. Have a lovely day! (L)

Hello lovely fellow April filers!

Despite the disheartening and fickle noa2 estimate times on VJ, despite what some friends say about how summer time processing can be very stagnant, despite the negative and almost conspiracy-theory like things I have heard about possible reasons as to our increasing wait times, I just HOPE that this feeling I've got that TODAY is the day we hear a NOA2 announcement from April thread is a real one 🤗😍🌻

Hear, hear!

I so hope your hunch comes true. Because even if USCIS seems to have decided to put April petitions on hold until August, sure there's a bunch of later March filers around here that have waited long enough and deserve some good news already.

I just have a question which is probably a stupid one. If VJ timelines are based on people updating it correctly, how is the VSC in mid-April with approvals but no one in this forum has an approval yet? Is that solely based on K1 approvals or is it based on other petitions at this point?

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

That's a great question! Honestly, I never saw anyone with a K1 reporting VSC as their processing center, so who knows? Maybe that average is based on the rare and old occasions were cases went through VSC, and since there's not been new data to update the average, it just keeps moving automatically based on pasts results.

I have to admit I quite ignore VSC and TSC :P Well, lately I quite ignore CSC too because, oh well, I love my sanity ;)

With the date calculations being automated that would indicate that the calculation isn't dependent on new data to determine the dates. It will continue to post the dates from the last data that it received. CSC handles all I-129F's exclusively. VJ should probably update their page to remove the VSC & TSC for I-129F pages since they are no longer pertinent. It might prevent some confusion on the subject.
