Thanksss I didnt even go in transit lol. But aye, no complaints. My embassy just called me to say they received it, which I already knew and said they're gonna email me and Trent also, and not to make any appointments til they tell me to.

Hey guys, update on our status. My fiancee just got approved yesterday. We have already booked her flight on the 27th of September. The process was smooth. Got our NOA2 August 10 > NVC August 28 > Manila Consulate August 29th > Medical September 7th > Interview September 14th > CFO September 25th. Im so happy, and can't wait. If you have any questions regarding what docs to bring for the steps and all, just let me know, and I will answer to the best of my abilities. Thanks for the help that everyone has given us here. I will try to do the same and give as much back.

Congrats on having an active Embassy that contacted you about it right away. If I hadn't contacted mine, wouldn't have heard from them in at least a week, judging by other people's timelines

I am looking for @Chris2870 and @spike198 to get their NOA2 very soon now after the RFE that they had.  I am also looking for @Mike & Tuyen and @LabOz to get theirs, you should be right in that time frame that they are working on.  Good luck.

Thanks for you good wishes!  I truly understand the frustrations now of waiting when it feels so close.  If we don't hear anything by next week, we're going the Senator route as that will be 150+ days.  Good luck on your quick NVC and interview progress.

Hey guys, what is your experience from RFEs: How long does it take until it ends up in my mailbox? It says they mailed it September 12...

Hey everybody. I've been following this website for about a month now but never posted. Day 135 of waiting for Nathalia and I. We are both starting to get a little frustrated so I decided to call the USCIS today.... got to a Tier 2 rep... Very rude wouldn't let me even explain. Just kept saying every case is different and they are currently processing for February 1st. She didn't answer a single question I asked and I was as nice as possible during the phone conversation.. Even more frustrated at the end of that phone call. I know the waiting is worth it I love Nathalia more then anything but this whole process is frustrating.

That is a hard thing to determine.  Does it show on the Website and tracker that you got an RFE?  If so, then they mailed it.  It can take anywhere from 2 days to a week depending on where you are in relation the southern CA.

Ive never gotten a helpful tier2, so I know how frustrating it is, we all do, but your day will come, try to not let the frustration consume you, it is well worth the wait as everyone says.

My fiancé called on Monday and the tier2 said they sent out an RFE on Friday (so 09/08) and the tracker updated on Tuesday and it said the RFE was mailed to us on 09/12. We got our NOA1 within 2 days so I am hoping they're quick again with that hardcopy...

Ours took 6 days to arrive from the day we were notified that it was sent.  Not sure if it actually went out in the mail that day though (ps.. that includes a weekend).  I live in Southern California so it may be different depending where you live.  You may get it by the end of the week!
