many in Russia ??

No all countries.  There are many situations where interview dates need to be extended beyond the 4 moth limit.

The 4 months is not a "hard rule".  They set this time so people do not take a long time to complete interview.

It seems you still doubt me.  It is probably best that you contact the embassy and just ask.

Hey. I looked into this the other day when you guys were talking about the medical history thing as it kinda worried me a bit. Not that anything is wrong with me but I find this process so extremely intrusive already that I find handing over my medical history so that I can be with my fiancé absolutely disgusting.. I understand the reason behind it but I find this informationvery private.. any ways.. so I saw someone posted on a forum about Knightsbridge that you just need a summary and not a full history and that you can ask your GP to make this available online for £10 and you can print it off. Someone used this and brought it to Knightsbridge who accepted it. I am for sure not paying £50..

Thanks! You are right. I'll call back tomorrow and quote 'patient care summary' and see what they say. I hope they understand this time what I need. They seemed so clueless when I called.

if you read Russian forums - all try to get to the interview almost on the first day, if not earlier))))) Russians are accustomed to the order with the documents so much that it is even difficult to imagine ... we have a pile of papers, we carry them all life from birth and from time to time we update, our archives work like chocolate factories))))

Yes I understand this.  In Russia, a document date is "hard rule" and you do not violate this.

But for US embassy in this visa process, they have the flexibility to extend date.

number of your future green card, social security number. it will always with you then

No this is just Alien Number.

You will get SSN when you arrive in the states.

The Social Security administration and NVC are completely separate organizations.

Well up to day 134 with no information. I called end of last week and they just said it was still in process could be up to 2 more months and gave me the whole processing from February line.

I believe this entire process is entirely designed to test ones patience. I will admit my hopes have been higher for this week but starting to doubt anything will show up before I leave on my next business trip. April 17th for the date they show as received. You all keep teasing me with dates in close proximity.

Oh you are close. We got our Noa2 on day 134 so yours might already be on the mail. But you can try calling again today to see. Matt called 3:30 California time and he was able to get a call back from tier 2 within 30 minutes. Good luck!
