Yes. Very true. I guess my impatience is getting the best of me. The medical can probably be scheduled since it is good for 6 months. The interview scheduling should wait.

I havent heard ears of any cases approved my USCIS that were denied by the NVC, have you?   Since USCIS takes 6 months (even if the review only takes minutes) the NVC sees every case USCIS sees and their turnaround time is under 4 weeks. Oh well. Just wishing it all goes faster for all of us!!!

Supposedly some of the NVC process is further background checking on the petitioner and 'other non specific checks' LOL

I heard of a few that got kicked out at the NVC stage.  Waaaaay back in winter I was reading about it, but I don't remember specifics.  Maybe google it if interested - but yeah, stranger things have happened.  Nothing is a guarantee, even US entry at POE isn't guaranteed.

Since the RFE is required, so  there is something that must be added or corrected, therefore, it depends on you means and you will influence ... I wish you to easily overcome this, and get approval soon

Yeah ... It's gonna be just fine I think ... I've read time and time again people think they know what it is and then it's totally not what they were thinking ... So we'll just have to see, I'll be prepared either way. Thank you All for the encouragement... You guys have been such a huge help for me!!!
