Yeah, it looks promising :D

Personally I have to say I'm glad the tracker wasn't working when we were approved, because my anxiety levels have increased post NOA2, since I keep wondering if things will fall into place to do certain things before certain dates and avoid a 2 weeks potential delay... Yeah, I know, what's 2 weeks after over 4 months?

I've been having trouble sleeping and even a bad dream the past two nights :P All in all, just being ridiculous, because no big deal... I need to work on my "need to control everything" issues for sure ;)

But yep, glad to know about the approval when already 4 days of the next countdown had already passed (better if it had been 7 :P).

Thanks for the update.

You know It really doesn't matter, it gives some hope when you see that things are moving, no matter if they are VJ member approvals or not... Some of us are not able to do the tracker checks so these updates are just keeping the faith up :)

Thanks for the update.

I post approvals from the USCIS tracker app as they come in.

I don't havea way to differentiate between VJ and non-VJ members. But when I post it, it tells people ti check the status of their case.

True it doesn't matter but it would be nice to know.

We could be seeing 100 approvals today which would make people think things are really moving but in the reality of our small sample world of VJ there might have only been 3 approval for members here so it does give some perspective.

Ok got it. Thanks for doing this.

Once we are sure the on-line tracker and the apps are all pulling cases properly  and consistently there are some VJ members who have other programs that can extract this info nightly into a report.

You have probably seen it several month back before USCIS stopped the on-line approval updates.

GEOWARIAN was one of them (I know I slaughtered the spelling)

Yep!  I got my NVC case number on Monday!  My NOA2 was August 2nd.  I called about 7:45AM EST and was on hold less than 60 seconds.

Lucky! Yes the morning calls have worked best for me too. I am calling 3 times a day since Friday last week. On call 1 today they said they didn't have anything, for call 2 they said "it's in the building but no number yet"...so on hold now and hoping this last call is the golden ticket!

It's highly likely that there's more than one or two approvalsa day. The app only works based on people who have the app and registered their case in the app.

But I'm confident the approval numbers per day is a lot higher than what the app tells me.

I would start calling each day.  Most people recommend to wait about 2 weeks, but I have read about others that call after a week and get the case number (CEAC?)

Hi, thanks. But what did you mean by CEAC? I submitted the DS-160 already as it doesn't ask for the NVC number.

Yes I remember those more detailed reports but considering USCIS has been sometimey with the systems working one day and not the next, this will do for now.

https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC)

It does NOT need the NVC number it will generate an "AA" number for you though so be sure to write that down.

By the time this is over you will have a USCIS MNL number, NVC number, AA or embassy number, SSN LOL
