according to the rules in Russia we have to email all our documents to the embassy in Moscow in three days before interview , and then we must bring the originals .

Guys, something worries me suddenly. A neighbor of mine who is currently processing her K1 uk visa told me about IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam.., she told that it's mandatory for all country for all visa applicants.. Is it true guys? I have never heard of this until earlier today..

The DS-160 replaces forms DS-156, DS-156K, and DS-230.

Awe so you've been to Ukraine too!! Niiice Actually I already have both police certificates from Ukraine and form Poland since I've been studying there for 3 years, so I have packet 3 almost ready. Only need my fiance to send me his pay statements, affidavit of support, letter from his employer and tax returns from last year, that is what required in Ukraine according to the information on the website @Estibaliz showed me 😊 

Everything else I believe you can do really fast, and yeah we have to fill in form DS160 here, but I've done that before, so I hope it won't be a problem...

Btw I see your NOA1 is from 4/6 so you guys will get your approval in no time as well! Good luck to you

Never heard of that too... I think you neighbor just messed it with a green card process. You don't need to pass any language tests for getting fiancee visa

Thanks !!! Good luck for you too, guys! I am an original Ukrainian, just born in Russia and live here, but all my life i connect with Ukraine ) ) ! my mom fifty-fifty Poland-Ukraine, born in Buki, Kiev region, and dad in Romania, Moldova now. everu summer i spent in Shamraevka , Skvira area ))

Wow it's completely different down here. The website says in a big red letters "do not send any documents to the Embassy" haha 😁😁  so we only need to get them ready and bring for the interview..

That is so cool, so we have a little Ukrainian community in a little April filers community 😀 from what I see most of beneficiaries here are from Philippines, and I haven't seen nobody from Ukraine showing up before, so it's nice to meet you my original Ukrainian friend 😊

Thanks for your reply, I googled it, what I understood it is for non native English speaking who are looking to study and work abroad.. I am definitely not a native English speaker but I was thinking maybe we don't really need this because we're not applying for working or student visa right?

Also it doesn't really matter it says that is the date worked as on May or June. My point is if you call inquiring about your case, they will never start the inquiry until it's out of processing time according to this date as of today. I mean, if you have a mid January case, or early February, which means 7-8 months, they still can say you are within processing times and not start any inquiry.

 

Oh well... Let's hope for the better on that moving forward soon again and no one here being left behind

Ok now I'm really confused. How can they say you're still within processing times for a case dated back further than 150 days? I thought anything over 150 days was considered outside of normal processing times and at that point you could make inquiries that they are required to respond to? Or am I wrong about that?

 

However if they really are still working on January cases, then what you're saying about the chart reflecting dates of cases they're actually still working on does make sense because by labeling it as of May 31, it would still show that 150 days. Sounds like a sneaky way of saying they're actually working on January cases as of August. But this only applies if I'm right about the 150 days...their logic and operating procedures baffle me to say the least. Let's hope for the sake of everyone with a pending petition that I'm right, but somehow I have a feeling you are.

Well, it's hard to explain what you don't understand, and I sure don't understand how they work 

I'm not sure the 150 days rule still applies. When I first heard about that it did make sense, because let's say it was March and the date in the chart was October 15th, so roughly the 5 months mark. 

Now? I think it might depend on who you get to talk to when calling, but I think some people from January or early February, that were past the 15O days mark, tried to start an online inquiry or called and they weren't allowed to do so. 

 

Utterly confusing...
