I just saw this approval too! I'm shocked it actually shows on the tracker.

If your case was received on April 4th get checking!

Day 118 (121 since received)

Today is my Faye's last full day at work:jest:

Tmorrow She goes in for her exit interview and then waits 60 days for her Back-pay. That's how it works for call center agents in the Philippines.

Good luck to everybody today!

Yeah, that was weird indeed. Imagine all the other Approvals that don't show there ;)

I always check till April 6th because that's my received date, lol. I'm confident they will reach that date early next week the latest (hopefully not wishful thinking).

I'm still convinced that updating the tracker is the responsibility of the officer who is assigned a case. Most officers probably see it as their responsibility to inform people of an RFE but not of approval since NVC is then responsible. Maybe the odd officer updates for all and then maybe some don't update it at all. It could certainly account for the massive variability in updates.

I'm sorry, my lovely boys and girls, but I'm a woman of my word, so... Back to the countdown! (Count-up? )

Day 120 (125 since received date)

Still not waiting for anything in the mail, so it doesn't matter it's too early for the Informed Delivery email.

I've never been closer to catch my timeline :o 3 days away... though I'm pretty sure it's going to move a little bit again

Anyway, I've just checked cases for the 3-6 April range and I've seen 2-3 more new RFE's issued this week for April 3rd cases, a few cases that show name updated as of yesterday (weird) and... guess what? An approval for April 4th received date. So yep, I think they are moving slowly, since working March cases at the same time, but still moving :D

Have a great day you all!

And @Trinab80, since you are leaving tomorrow to visit your other half, hope you have a nice trip and a great stay

Awww....thank you sooooo much!!! I swear if Utah wasn't so far, I would come visit you when you come to the U.S.!!! ;)

But I will be checking in from time to time and of course you know I'm April's infamous Lurker!!! Lol!!

Tomorrow 5pm can't get here fast enough though!!!

Good luck to all of you during the restof this week!!! 😉

128 days since received. Well over the 4 month mark and nothing is changing. Depressed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. At this point we're screwed. I've filed idk how many expedite requests. They haven't even responded to the latest one. Was hoping it was because they'd already adjucated ours, but informed delivery shows no such thing.

Lol, it is far indeed! I have to admit my ignorance on where Delaware was. Had to check :o

It's ok if you don't check k on us while visiting. Focus on the important things ;) And that way you'll find more good news when you are back, considering how things still are moving kind of slow...

I am sorry to hear that you are so down, our date is 4/4, one day after yours. While it brings little solace it is good to know that they are working in our range and the NOA2 will happen any day now. Your day is coming, you can do this, all excellent things are as difficult as they are rare.

I'm here in Jamaica now with my love. It's soooo hot! You said your fiancé lives not too far from MoBay, correct? Any cool hidden gem beaches (that aren't full of tourists) in that area? We found some great spots out in Ochi where Tamar lives but he's not as familiar with this part of the island. Safe travels girl!

He lives in Lucea which is 30-45 minutes from Mobay. He's near the Grand Palladium Resort and 30 minutes from Negril. We normally go to the beaches in Negril which have tourists but not overpopulated.

Thanks girl...I will be landing in MoBay around 10:30pm tomorrow evening their time. As much as I hate the heat and mosquitoes, I can't wait to see his smiling face when I walk out the airport tomorrow night.

You and your fiance enjoy yourselves!!!:D

I have a feeling that you guys and @tcovington and the rest with the same noa1 with you will get it this week! Don't lose the faith! Trust the Lord and his words! 😊

I appreciate everyone here being so supportive.  I hate posting here when all I am feeling is sad.  I feel like a whiner and I don't like feeling that way.  One of the things I like most about being on this site is the people here.  Everyone helps everyone else.  We all feel down at times and get uplifted by talking on here.  I know that others have said it, but it is nice to talk with people that understand what we are going thru with this process.  How much it takes out of us and the toll that it takes on both the Petitioner and the Beneficiary.

I do have to say, my Monica is the religious one, not me.  I hope that we get our NOA2's this week as well.  I know that @tcovington has things that need to get taken care of ASAP.  Good luck to us all.
