good day everyone..

WOKE UP ON THE RIGHT Side of THE BED, AND WALLAAAA 😱 NOA2 Receipt woke me up..

Received date: March 28, 2017

NOA1: April 3, 2017

NOA2(dated): July 28, 2017

Hard Copy: August 3, 2017

Exactly 4months.

but the worst part is, we werent expecting noA2 anymore because my F sent a withdrawal letter planning for us to get married in 2months time in my Country. 😖

and now?!!?!?!

i dont know what to do.. we dont know what to do..

OMG, such great news. Congrats! :jest:

Next thing. Deep breath and don't stress out. Talk it through and decide what you want to do. If you still want to go on with the K1 process now you have the NOA2, call USCIS and explain the situation to see if you can cancel the withdrawal. If not, then maybe call them too and explain you want to withdraw.

It shouldn't be that complicated... well, I know, it's USCIS, they make everything complicated :P All you have to do is decide what's best for you and work towards it.

Congrats again, anyway, and good luck. Keeps us posted, please :)

Fantastic news about April 3rd!  That's my received date. :) *fingers crossed for everyone*

Yep :)

I just checked the 264 cases for April 3rd (I had time to kill before lunch :P) and I've found 7 RFE's there, all of them dated August 2nd. It doesn't look bad at all, considering approvals doesn't show there, and the RFE's where all scattered among the 170 first petitions listed for that day (they were cases 1, 29, 44, 80, 125, 163 and 170, when you order the cases by their WAC number).

I'm just trying to say that many people have had their cases touched in March and maybe not as much in April, but their claims of only processing January 1st when I talked to them on the phone is complete lies.

I was just checking too, incase I missed any with April received date!

But hey, good news today, someone with a March received date and April NOA1 got approved.

Im confident that you will get yours soon! Try to stay positive. It might be in the mail as we speak ^_^ and you'll be with your love in no time

Did you check with the case tracker? It normally updates for withdrawals, so yep, probably they didn't process the request yet.

I think you should call USCIS, since there's where they should be getting the Withdrawal letter, and see what they tell you there. Hope they can be helpful this time!

Per just give them a call and update them on what you want to do from here. They might request an updated letter canceling the withdrawal and if so see if they will accept the letter as an attachment via email.

Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Morning all!

I cannot tell you how exciting it was this morning to check my timeline and see that my NOA2 estimate date had gone back 2 days :) It seemed to be getting later and later each day but knowing I could be 3 weeks away from my NOA2 feels very good.

And it's Friday! TGIF!

Cases of  Igor's list are just about 20% of all existing ... the entire interface formula is tied to the filled-in Igor's list for each uscis center  respectively ...  we can see processing times only presumably... but if imagine that all cases  added to the list  responsibly  with the completion of the line in accordance with all points of each case, the processing times may differ forward or backward... we should remember  that some couples do not inform about NOA 2 here, cases that have RFEs, get a new date, the calculation of processing times  does not take  such an aspect..... it  shows our processing time incorrectly ... in short, all  calculated options - just subjective result ... who can guarantee that all couples  fill their entire actual process ? ...the most true thing that we can learn is the real distance between HOA1 HOA2, etc. for certain cases

Err, nope. Sorry if I didn't explain well. Cases are ordered by the number in the Excel we have for April cases. I was talking about the position in that list. This was the link to the list

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1C9ooCSdiBh2W7HG-2aogdXG7P-FkXMa0asKzAkRnBP4/edit?usp=drivesdk

Well, of course USCIS doesn't work exactly by order, but maybe kind of... Who knows :P
