Ok so Me and My Fiancé started talking 9/15 I didn't go visit him until 3/17 because I had a baby in 2014& parents had health issues within 2015&2016!!! Should I go ahead and send my petition in? Also what is the address for the homeland security for me to put ok my intent form since he is Jamaican and I'm filing in Sc? Do you think we will still get the approval of him coming to the US

Having met once in person sometimes is enough. Other times, it's better to have more face time. You can still send in your petition now but just make sure you can prove that your relationship is bona fide.

For the letter of intent you can just use either the Dallas lockbox or Lewisville address. Your fiance will need to sign a letter of intent too for you to include in the I-129F.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Jamaica scrutinizes relationships heavily.  Only meeting once does not establish a bonafide relationship to them especially when there are constant travel deals to Jamaica or other carribbean islands where u can meet.

To overcome the problem u need to see each other more and heavily front load ur petition with evidence.

USCIS handles the I-129F so it is addressed to them whether you use the Dallas lockbox that you mentioned or the Lewisville location.

It doesn't matter if you go the K-1 or CR-1 route because it will still be scrutinized closely. And yes, $535 is a lot of money hence you'll need to do everything in your power and means to prove that your relationship is bona fide.

You will still face the same problem.  In JA as a married couple they expect at a minimum that you see each other at least 3 times a year.
