Advanced cfo/pdos still possible?

Ok. So this is for my mom's petition, ir5. She is 59 and will have to attend the seminar. Not the GCP, but that R&R. Question: she hasn't had her interview yet, hence, no visa number. It is specifically asked in the online registration form to successfully schedule, to provide the visa number and issuance date? It won't let me click next unless I provide the info on that blank. I thought it is still okay to do advanced seminar? Please help. And also, we're from davao so I'm just really hoping to get this out of the way

Advance CFO seminar for PDOS has never been an option as the passport WITH visa IS required to attend.

 

Advance seminar is only possible with GCP
