Do you have any ideas what reason could he wrote there???? because I know he had no any problems after that.

what is the next step of immigration?

He doesn't have to give any reason to withdraw his I-864.  It's his right.  And even if you find out what reason he gave them, it will change nothing for you.  Stop worrying about something so unimportant.

Your next step is to go home, or stay in the US ilegally.  Those are your 2 choices.

Melissa if  you receive a "request of evidence"  please feel free to contact me and I will answer your RFE ok. I am not a psychologist but you seem depressed  and in despair, you should see a councelor or a psychologist .All shelters for victims of domestic violence have councelors.

You said that you went to the hospital when your husband hit you, you should ask a copy of your hospital record asap. You diidn't tell the doctor that your husband abused you  but this is not a problem and you still can explain this to USCIS I had so many cases like yours and all cases were approved.

Thanks Sandra, but you are right "if I receive" because I really have no hope someone will hear me, I am Zero against my citizen husband, and he knew it. I submitted everything I had: proof of pregnancy which was stopped after two weeks because of him.  (and on the interview after I showed that they just responded we don't see here who is father) ; hospital wrote domestic abuse; I do have psychologic but full evaluation  was too expensive and I could't afford that, I submitted only letter from Social worker, I am taking many antidepressants so I think I'm okay now; but I still think it's nothing against his words. Saying "Go Home" is easy, but little bit difficult to just go. I'm here 5 years and I already thought this is my home. I understand there was and are many questions about my case, but why they only listen to him and nobody wants to hear story from me. That's was the only reason I filled i360; alone, I will be truthful to myself that I did everything in spite of whole world was against me. So many years I'm just reading this forums, and once I decided write something I see "go home" even here . Its so low. Thank you once again Sandra!!!

Seek out social services in your area that may offer psychological evaluations on a sliding scale pay rate :)

Melissa Immigration will not take into consideration any letter that they received from your husband. VAWA is decided basically considering what you told them and what you proved. Your idea that  USCIS doesn't care about your story and that they care just what your husband said is wrong.VAWA is not adjudicated like AOS.It doesn't matter your husband's side of the story .

Melissa, I don't think you understand how VAWA works when I said "if you receive an RFE", and you said "you are right "if I receive" because I really have no hope someone will hear me". Melissa if you don't receive any RFE it means that they will approve your case without requesting any evidence, and if they send you an RFE it means they are listening to you but they need more proof of clarification about something that you told or that you submitted to them. You have much more proof that others that I helped and they were approved. Having a hospital record showing that you suffered domestic violence is a great proof and taking medication for depression is a great proof as well.

You said "...they just responded we don't see here who is the father", did you have AOS interview when you were still living with your husband? did he go with you? Did USCIS give any decision regarding your AOS?
