Canceling AOS

My fiance and I arrived in US in July 2016.  Since we have come my fiance has gone crazy with his consumption of alcohol.  In Tunisia it was not easy in his town to get alcohol so this freedom is new.  I lived with my fiance in Tunisia for 2 years before arriving in US.  We had strong discussion that he would not hang at bars by himself that only single people did this.  Within the first week he was in a bar when I thought he was at the store.  This is the beginning of a severe problem.  He is now every few days sneaking and buying alcohol from the store or going to bars.  After drinking he becomes very loud, aggressive and abusive.  The next day is apologetic and so sorry.  Then the same event happens a few days later.  I am tired of this scenario and would like to cancel the Visa and AOS.  It has been 8 months and the situation just keeps getting more severe.  He started a new job last Monday and he could not attend work this Tuesday because he was out all night at the bar and too drunk.  When I attempted to get him to go to work he started screaming and hitting me. He has taken my car multiple times while drunk and kept it out for 8 hours at a time leaving me stranded.   I have tried to get him to seek help and his family has tried to communicate to him to get help for his drinking or emotional problem.  He refuses to respond to his family at all.  I cannot handle being responsible for him any longer with this Visa. He even tells me he will have me killed if I try to have him returned to his country.   Can anyone advise what steps I need to take to get my life back and have the visa cancelled?

K1 is a sinle entry visa, and as he has entered it is no more.

 

Assuming you are in the process of adjusting his status you can pull the I 864 which will stop that process.

First of all, remove yourself from the situation. Take the necessary pre-cautions to stay safe. Initiate divorce proceedings and contact the USCIS to withdraw your affidavit of support for him. Without your support, he will be illegally present in the US - but you can't deport him/have him sent home.
