LND confirmation not received...any ideas how long I will have to wait

After waiting 30 days with no news, my fiancée called the NVC, the kind lady told my fiancée our petition had been sent to the UK and gave my fiancée our LND number so our lawyer said to go ahead and book the medical. I had my medical March 29 but was told the medical results could not be forwarded to the CEAC until I send them official confirmation of my LND number. My case was showing "ready" on the application checker March 23. Does anyone have any idea how long I will have to wait for my confirmation letter/email. Thanks guys

We never received anything official with our LND number on it.  I was able to use the website at https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx to print something that showed the LND number and case status.
