I got a checklist too , i was under assumption it takes 11 weeks again?

Anyone else here that sent their documents  (aos/iv packages) in at the end of March? If so, do you have your scan dates yet?

My new scan date is march 27 th. my original was December 8

NVC has just gave me case number and Invoice id number.

 But agent on phone said that, I need to wait till get a welcome letter before paying fees and DS-260

 

So how long it takes to get welcome letter after getting nvc case number.

 

Should I wait for welcome letter or should apply for DS 260 and   pay fee??

 

Please share your experience..

I got my welcome letter in less than 24 hours of receiving my case number via phone. I don't think it will be long before you get your welcome letter so if you did wait it would likely not be for longer than a few hours. If you can login already, I wouldn't think waiting would be necessary though. I received my case number in the evening time, and within the same night after midnight I got my welcome letter.

Does the welcome letter come via the email that you provided to USCIS, or do they mail it out to your physical address?

. My case number assigned today . Did not receive my welcome letter yet.

Now I am trying to log into system but website showing APPLICATION ERROR, is it something because of website or my case number just assigned today so thats why.

 

Let me know if anyone encountered this ever....

They quoted 30 days in the checklist, once I bench the 30 day mark,  I am gonna call a supervisor and hold them to their word!!!

Really? How many days are you at since you submitted the checklist documents? I'm technically at 28 days
