check with your medical centre that is going to perform the medical. Mine was very helpful in answering my questions

Gm everyone,it's been 7 weeks now an still waiting on cc for my son,scan date is march 08,2017 so 4 more week to go before I can hear something...uuuggghh..

It is received but not yet review,so If showing paid it's just only letting you know that ur iv fee is cash,have a long way for review but I hope they move up the process...

My case has been 2 weeks in active review. Still nothing. Did not think it took that long:-(

Yes, 11 weeks total, but once a case is in active review it usually takes a week for most until cc. If you call NVC, they can tell you when the case went into active review.

I've call them so many times an they say it's not yet in review I need to give it 11 weeks for it to be review...

I am also receiving same response. I guess I am not having any luck with informed/supportive representatives. I think I will keep calling twice a week now until my 11 weeks are over. My 9th week started this Monday.

Saw 3 N/As, Called to confirm,

 

All Feb scan dates, look out. CC's coming your way any moment now.

the way I asked was "are you able to tell me whether my documents have started to be reviewed, or is it still sitting in the file room?". The rep said to me "I can see your file has been transferred to the review department" . He told me that I should hear from someone by 11 weeks (this phone call was at 10 weeks) but that it "could happen any day now" ... less than a week later I had cc, at 10 weeks 4 days.  
PS: they didnt notify me til a few days later, I found out by checking the CEAC status had changed to At NVC and I had the 3 N/As

actually i spoke to nvc this morning direct my as soon as my docs are received to case goes into review because my fees have been paid so its actually not a long way but thks

Im just really confused as to why feb 10 scan dates or so just got approved, others are not even approved yet..while others 17th the latest was already CC..how does nvc really process things? No prioritization based on scan dates? Ghaaad what's wrong with the people workin in there!
