I think It just never changed to the 11 weeks in some places. Hopefully because the 11 weeks is only temporary..It's also still saying 30 days on the visa status check website..And has ever since they changed it to 11 weeks 😞

Yeah pretty sure they haven't updated that. They really need to get it together. Gives people a lot of false hope

they just haven't updated that page, I asked them about this.  The actual processing time is on the "submit documents to the NVC" page

AOS & IV Package sent: 25th Jan 2017

Expedite requested: 25th Jan 2017

Expedite approved (consulate only): 1st Feb 2017

Scan Date: 31st Jan 2017

Case Complete: 14th April 2017 (10 weeks 4 days)

Full expedite approved (bypass NVC to send file to embassy), however too late as I already had case complete 17th Apr 2017

Case arrived at Embassy: 21st April 2017

P4 letter received: 26th April 2017 (expedite at embassy stage so this came from the consulate, not NVC)

Interview date: 4th May 2017 APPROVED!!

Thats stranger. It hardly takes 3 to 4 days for fee processing completion.

hey i am having the same problem and they cant give a valid reason.... they sent an email to the supervisors who i have called on numerous ocassions which are never available to speak say it takes up to 6 weeks for a supervisor to review payment thiis is so rediculous smh.... and stressfull u just have to keep calling at this point i am very aggrevated:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

I submit all civil and affidavits package with the checklist sheetif what is included in the packages,  a also write the case number on the top right hand of the documents submitted.  However, i dont think i send the welcome  sheet/page. Will this be a problem? documents submitted in March.

I have heard many VJers say that the checklist is sufficient.

DO we have to write the case number on every document we send? Even i864s?
