Thank you so much. Anyways, if i send in another, would the nvc reset my scan date? And do i have to resubmit the whole packet i mean including civil documents or simply the corrected aos form? Ghaddd! I can't bear with NVC anymore, they are such a frustrating delay. We got smooth approval and fast approval from uscis. My son is growing up without his dads presence 😡.  .. I just really hope we can bring in a corrected for on interview... Does it really happen, a CC checklist? Which means u can bring on d inyerview rather?

yes it's possible to get a CC with a checklist to bring to the interview. It's all about chances.  And if you will ever want to send them the corrected form, it should just be the corrected AoS form and nothing else.

Hello everyone. We already sent our documents to the NVC and the courier company shows its delivered. However when I go the CEAC site, under visa satus check, it keeps showing a pop-up with a sign reading "Action Required: Submit Requested Documents".

I wanted to pick your heads and see how long it took for the NVC to scan your documents once they were delivered? Does this message change when the NVC has scanned your documents?

Hello!

According to the courier company, our documents where delivered on January 26th, our scan date was January 27th.

Regarding the message about submitting the requested documents, that was the message we got until we got CC.

Good luck! :)

Good morning...just joined a few minutes ago.  Our scan date was 2/2/17 and our CC date was 4/19/17 (one day shy of 11 weeks).  I got an email this morning with our checklist.  Luckily both items can be brought to the interview  The two items we need:  A complete set of our 2015 W2 forms and a police certificate (from Mexico).  I'm reading conflicting information on the PC.  Some say you need it for the interview in Jaurez, but some say they won't even ask.  Does anyone know?  We are working with an attorney and my husband is waiting on a call back from her.  Also, this has been asked a million times, I'm wondering how long before his interview is scheduled?

We've been working on this for almost 3.1/2 years (he had a complicated case) and I can't believe we are so close to been done!!

There has been so much confusion regarding the police certificate from Mexico.  My lawyer said that it is not needed but I've seen in other forums and also on the state department website that it is needed.  I guess if your checklist states that it is needed you should try and get it.  Good luck and keep us posted!

My send off date was on March 28th. It said it was delivered on March 31. I called nvc and Thier delivery day ( my scan date) was April 3rd. Also the message does not change. Mine is still that way after 3 weeks of being scanned. I think it only changes when case is complete.
