Hello!

Did you send the translations for all those documents?

Regarding the police certificate, it is to my understanding that you need both Panama and Argentina's police certificate if she has lived in Argentina more that 6 months at any time in her life.

Good luck! :)

Ah this very helpful. I am the beneficiary and living here in Singapore for about 9 years. We are still in the process of getting police certificate in Singapore and now by reading this, i think i may have to get one in Philippines too.

Has anybody here got a checklist regarding the affidavit of support? Wherein there is just a little error (typing error, particularly with birthyear)? Our documents arent reviewed yet but when i got the chance  to recheck a saved copy, i saw an error. Im planning to ask my hubby to send another copy but im thinking they might give a new scan date for that which would cause further delay in the review, does it make sense? In that case, do they really need another copy or simply they ask to bring it instead during the interview? Help please of a better advice.. Should we send another copy in advance or just wait for it to be reviewed? Thank you in advance ☺

IMHO the AOS document is a legal document and errors may or may not be ignored.  I will rather go with my instincts and pray about it.  Every decision you make about it is crucial, o either

1. Send in now and reset your time or

2. Wait till case is reviewed, if u get case complete you are through but if you get a checklist it's gonna be a pretty long time

Thank you so much. Anyways, if i send in another, would the nvc reset my scan date? And do i have to resubmit the whole packet i mean including civil documents or simply the corrected aos form? Ghaddd! I can't bear with NVC anymore, they are such a frustrating delay. We got smooth approval and fast approval from uscis. My son is growing up without his dads presence 😡.  .. I just really hope we can bring in a corrected for on interview... Does it really happen, a CC checklist? Which means u can bring on d inyerview rather?
