Hello!

It's according with the Julian calendar. 74 would be March 14.

Good luck! :)

according to that, should be 13 of Feb.

574-500=74 -31=13

but mine is 654, meaning 154 and can not be real, becuase it is in June. I am guessing that is when we begin the case...

Hi

scan date Feb 16, 2017

Waiting

I haven't got a check list to see if I forgot anything.

Sent in more support letters on March 20.

Sent in a police certificate on April 5.

Was this bad sending in couple things

at different times? My attorney doesn't think so.

Are we in week 7 or back to week 1?

i heard that it's gonna be 11 weeks until cc.

The nvc website warns that if you don't send packages all in one at the same time it can delay your processing time as they won't start processing until everything is recieved. But if you forgot certain things there is not much you can do but send them in separately. It may delay you but I don't think it will cause any real problems. I would call because your scans date will most likely be the date they recieved your last package

Hello!

Please see below:

How to Find Out WHEN Your Case Number was Assigned

For those that don't call every single day and want to know exactly what date their case number was assigned, there's an easy way to find out that simply involves looking at your case number. The first three letters are the three-letter consulate/embassy code. The next four numbers are the year the case number was assigned. The next three numbers are the Julian date it was assigned, plus 500. And finally, the last three numbers are the sequential order of when it was assigned that date. You can find a chart with Julian dates here [10].

For example: MTL2014815162. Let's put some lines in to divide it up. So: MTL|2014|815|162. This means that this case is going through Montreal and the number was assigned on November 11th, 2014, and it was the 162nd case that day to be assigned a number.

I can't add the URL, I don't know why it's not letting me at the moment, but you can find this on the wiki in the first page of this post.

Hope this helps. :)

I suggest you follow up with them. Submission of DS 260 is crucial. Apr 5 would not be considered your scan date if they still say that your DS 260 hasn't been submitted yet!

Thanks for your reply! It's absolutely crucial since it's the actual application! I called again and was told the same thing - they can't see if it's been submitted or not until it's reviewed...I told her I have the confirmation number and barcoded application confirmation, and she said that is fine.
