I agree, i have been very worried on getting a checklist then, esp, when they changed the waiting time to 11 weeks, was anxious that what if i get a checklist and i need to wait another 11 weeks after my mistake of the scan date, waiting drains me. I wish you all the best. Am sure you'll do good

Looks like our case will also take around at lease 10 weeks.....So frustrating....

Yes, tomorrow would've been 10 weeks.

I dont think you need to send the ds-260 confirmation page to NVC, only bring it to the interview.

Hi everybody, just wanted to ask if the status on the app/website changed from Case was Approved to Case was sent to Deparment of State before it got there? My case was approved a week ago on March 31st, but the status hasn't changed. Should I wait another week or so to call NVC?

Hi i just received email today saying that our case has been sent to NVC

I am in the midst of collecting all the documents needed for NVC and i have a question about the police certificate. 

I am USC living in Singapore for 4.5 years, as the petitioner do i have to submit police certificate too? or just the beneficiary my wife?
