I would just hate to get a checklist over something so pedantic. We had the same dilemma for the I-130 and I think we ended up putting them. Looks ridiculous though!

It is of little relevance if you leave the fields blank or you write "N/A"; just make sure you include those pages in the package.

You will most definitely receive checklist if you don't include those pages.

Please feel free to choose whatever option that agrees the most with you, as long as you include those pages in your package.

Good luck.

called nvc today, ironically spoke with the same lady i spoke with yesterday lol. but anyway she clarified that being in the review department may or may not mean being actively reviewed as they wouldn't know if it was being reviewed or is just in line to be reviewed.

Received real checklist by email today, confirming what I was told over the phone. It mentions items which were all sent in the original email, so I resent it a couple days ago when I found out about the checklist after calling NVC on Monday. Hoping they will realize they have made a mistake and give me the case complete I deserved on Monday within the next couple of days.

Fortunately, email processing makes everything go insanely quick, even with a checklist. I cannot imagine how it would have felt to receive this checklist after 11 weeks of waiting and having to wait another 11 weeks, especially for an item that was clearly included. They sure are getting sloppy over at NVC...

Got a checklist. They got my case in October and my "original" scan date was nov 9th, got a checklist for a document a 3rd party was supposed to send, and got a new scan date Jan 23rd. My case just left NVC last Monday but only because I was approved for expedite. Your congressman should be able to help you with that

Ahh congratulations! Same thing happened to me and my husband and our new scan date was the 25/01 and then got a cc complete on 30/03! Can I ask when your ok interview is? :)

I didn't realize the wait would be this long until I signed up to this site. I had been really excited when I received the 30 days letter after completing the DS260. This new information broke my heart. We are at the last leg of the journey. Here goes another, and hopefully final countdown. Good luck to everyone waiting. May the time race by quite easily for us all. :)

I did talk with the supervisor and she told me that i can't make any decision to why one was case completed on feb 15 and were told to submit I-864A during in interview and for 2nd case to resubmit I-864A back to NVC she advised me to send the documents back to NVC which i did and my scan date is Feb 27. Please let me know if i should wait or contact my congressman because this is now over 8 months and still pending with NVC and my original date was August 24 2016...:clock:

I sent my package in 3 different packages and on 3 different days.  The only delay it makes has to do with your scan dates, the clock resets each time a new package is received thereby delaying your case, aside that everything else should be fine

Thanks.

Could you share your document delivery dates as reported by courier and the scan date ?

The last item from us was delivered a few days ago . How far does that move our scan date ?

Contacted congressman and it appears to me that there is nothing they can do - just received info that - "it will take up to 11 weeks," as we all know already. It does not appear that calling NVC has any effect on the case at all, the rep from NVC told me today "no use calling until May 16th."
