 Got a checklist. They got my case in October and my "original" scan date was nov 9th, got a checklist for a document a 3rd party was supposed to send, and got a new scan date Jan 23rd. My case just left NVC last Monday but only because I was approved for expedite. Your congressman should be able to help you with that

please try calling them instead to confirm, we have case completed last March 30 up to now, we haven't received any email from them

I know this has probably been asked a million times before so apologies if I'm asking it again - but when completing the AOS form (My wife will be completing I-864EZ) for sections such as info about an interpreter, if you didn't use one should you put N/A.  The instructions indicate you should put that if asked a question that doesn't apply to you but the example they used was something direct like, are you married?  What have others done?

I put in N/A for everything that didn't apply except the signature and date part - interpreter section, preparer, etc.

It would depend on the consulate's schedule for the interview slot.. It is subjective..

But for the case complete it would take 11 weeks!!

We left them empty.. I have heard many people on this forum do the same!!

I would just hate to get a checklist over something so pedantic. We had the same dilemma for the I-130 and I think we ended up putting them. Looks ridiculous though!
