That is exactly what they did. I dont know how it is possible for them to see a blank space there when it is clearly filled in when I pull up the same email.

Ridiculous! Haven't you sent them another one already that they can look at instead. ? It seems too strange that they can see everything else on the form except the signature.

None Available, On the Affidavit of Support Fee section for 9 weeks it said PAID, Yesterday it change to N/A, I been reading once it changes to that status usually means case has been completed I'm just waiting for an email from NVC confirming a case complete.

Thanks. This is N/A shows on the CEAC website where you login where with case number and IIN right?

We made a mistake and sent the AOS and IV packages separately. DS-260 was filled end of march and the IV package was handed over to NVC by courier in april start. I believe it'll still be a few days until they even realize or collect up all this info/packages.

It surprises me though, why they keep saying it delays the case if someone sent the packages separately. Each package has a barcoded cover sheet, surely it makes it easy to confirm how many barcoded packages are in the building for any given case and what shelf they're resting on. :|

Yeah, I sent another one and they said to call back tomorrow to see if that one gets reviewed. I want to get a supervisor on the other end who can receive my email while on the phone who can open it and confirm that the signature is in fact there. It is so stupid that this one item is keeping me from CC.

Congratulations!!! Lucky that you can do a EP!!!

In 11 weeks :( as per the latest update.

They say 3-4 working days after they have received your package. But just call them the next day once you know they have it. They should be able to give you a scan date!!

Calling NVC first thing tomorrow to see if I can get someone on the line who can see my new email with exactly the same documents I sent the first time. Then we can finally get our CC, which would have been yesterday if not for their incompetence.

I sent my package in 3 different packages and on 3 different days.  The only delay it makes has to do with your scan dates, the clock resets each time a new package is received thereby delaying your case, aside that everything else should be fine

Hello people! My scan date is January 27. I just spoke with NVC and they said my case was moved to a review team on March 31 and is "currently under review." Is that still just a general thing they say to people or does that mean I could be close?

Thank you. Best of luck to everyone else waiting. :)
