What kind of question did you want to ask them ? If you don't want to tell us, for some reason, I'd advise you to get an infopass and going straight to your local office. They will not answer emails and the 1800 number is useless.

Maybe you need to make an infopass appointment so you can ask about your case. It depends on what the problem is though to be able to tell if they can help you at an infopass appointment. For my husband, infopass appointments have worked great rather than emailing or calling.

my problem is i didn't received anything since i applied my AOS.

i called USCIS many times and they said the post office returned my letter as undeliverable. and they said me must wait 30 to 45 for send me it back.

is that true must i wait 30 to 45 for they send me it back?

i used infopass and i have appointment on Friday. i will see what they will said?
