Just spoke to Tier 2 officer ,she said case is approved . Yayyy Finally!! So relieved to hear that. I haven't gotten any mail and online status hasn't been changed, but she said it was approved on Oct

Good news here! We got an Approval Notice on the mail today. On the USCIS website, it still says Case Received. My NOA1 is April 18th (TSC).

Timeline updated- completed DS261 but it won't allow us to pay any fees yet- anyone else at this step?

03/17/2017: Married

04/07/2017: Sent I-130 to Chicago lockbox

04/13/2017: Received confirmation text

04/17/2017: Received hardcopy NOA1 (TSC)

No , my PD is April 3rd and since knowing they are approving March filers right now ,. If I call they'll just say I am within normal processing 

Thinking I'll hear something about my case end of December or In January or at least they'll start with April by end of December

yeah I called and talked to tier 2 person and he said just wait 2-3 months then call us so he was of no help. 

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

3-16-18 Uploaded Civil Documents

3-21-18 Uploaded AOS Documents 

3-26-18 Checklist to reupload docs

3-29-18 Finished uploading docs

4-4-18 Case Complete

4-13-18 Received interview email

5-18-18 Interview date 

5-24-18 Visa Issued

Taking my husband to the airport after a long visit, now all we can do is hope this part goes quickly. That's GREAT NEWS.

Congrats to you!! I just sent in docs last week. About how long was it from the time they recieved the packages till they scanned them in ?

Thank you!  I sent the documents  overnight on Oct 28th and they scanned them on Oct 30th

Yup I am excited , 

I searched and found at least 5 RFE from April 3rd within last week 

All just before my case #

My PD is April 3 so  I am excited 

This gives me more hope lol 😄😄😄😄
