I would start calling NVC by November 9th or 10th to see if it arrived.   Do not wait to hear from them because you might not.  

 

There is no other form needed to fill out at this stage.  Do you know which i864 form you need to fill out?  Start gathering your civil documents so you can be prepared when it's time to submit.

Case was finally sent to Department of state on 11/6 ....nvc has not received it yet. Lady on the phone said shes gotten many phone calls today with SRC cases that havent been received yet...interesting lol

Looks like NVC is processing applications in as little as 7 to 8 weeks (pending everything is correct).  I have hope!!

I got ahold of a tier 2 officer at uscis today and found out that my petition was approved October 27!!!!

 

PD: April 12

NOA1: April 20

NOA 2: October 27!

 

I will update my timeline. On October 27th, the status of my case went from invalid to case received. The status still hasn't changed to approved but the tier 2 officer told me it was. Still haven't received the NOA2 in the mail.

 

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting! Keep your heads up. I know how frustrating the process is.

Hello  everybody. has anybody get any approvals on Nebraska center? We filed the I 130 for my wife on April 13th got notice they received it on April 22nd since then I haven't heard anything! We both keep checking the USCIS website and looks like they just got a head 5 days this month on October 2017  shows they were working on cases filed on January 9th 2017 and we were pretty anxious to see what November shows and we see January 14th?? how can that be possible only 5 days in a month? so I'm wondering if that info is reliable or not so if anybody here has any news about Nebraska center for April filers please let us know this is taking way too long please help!

Finally got our NOA2!

 

Our Priority date was 24 April 2017 at Potomac. We haven't received anything via text or email but received our Approval Letter by mail on Friday 10 November and its dated 3 November.

I've been feeling so dejected as it was taking so long and the hopelessness of refreshing the USCIS page a million times a day was getting to me. Thank God for progress!!!

I'm so sorry it took so long but I never stopped praying for you dear.   I'm just really excited that you guys could finally move on to NVC!  Hope you got all your documents in order lol.   If you have any questions I'm here for you.
