I noticed cases from TSC take more time to get to NVC. By the way, we have the same approval date. I called TSC yesterday and they still don't have it.

Exactly . .. i want to get the nvc process rolling asap...as they also take couple months to review docs. Hopefully they get my case soon. Next week will be a month after approval.

Hey guys....my I-130 petition has been approved!!  I just got an email saying "Case was sent to the Department of State" for visa processing. Amazing!!  I checked my tracker and also account and it says the same thing.  I don't know when they approved the case because I called last week Wednesday and I was told by tier 2 officer that my case was still pending and they asked if I wanted a service request done and I said yes. On Monday I noticed my account had been updated saying a service request had been assigned to an officer October 31, 2017. Today about 1:20pm EST I get an email saying my case has been sent to Department of State. Maybe I will have a letter when I get home.  I would like to know when it was approved.

The email update I received today also says that on November 3, 2017 your case has been sent to Department of State for visa processing. So if they approved sometime last week (again have not received my letter so don't know when they approved the case) then that means Potomac Service Center is quick at sending the case to NVC...

We have been waiting for so long I don't know whether to believe this or not....lol. I will update the VJ website with NOA2 when I get it in the mail.

So what's next?  If you guys don't mind...may you please let me know which forms and supporting documents I need to have for the NVC stage and also the fees.

I am now at the NVC step.... I recently got promoted and the new job I will start will put me over the poverty lines.  My question is am I able to use i864ez with employment letter and paystubs? My transcripts for the previous years do not meet poverty guidelines.....  Or am I to use i864?  I guess my confusion is on the instruction checklist for the i864ez says the income has to be on the w2's and because of just getting this job my income will not be on my previous w2's.... Help!!
