NOA1 April 21st @Potomac.  Was told today by a Tier 2 rep that our case was approved on 10/26.   What a relief.    Not updated yet online.

Congratulations!!

Please update your timeline. Thank you.

Congrats!! May I ask you which forms G-325A or I-130A you filed? Because we have the same PD dated April 10th. I filed G-325A instead because it expired on 4/28/17. Thanks! :)

Hi! For anyone that has spoken with a tier 2 official, how did you get case information from them? I called today and asked to speak with a tier 2 and was transferred.  I had to leave a message and 2 1/2 hrs later I received a call back but she didn't help any. She simply told me that potomac is processing Feb 20 2017 and I have to realize it will be 2-3 months before they get to April cases. I tried pressing for more information stating that cases with dates closes to mine and after have been approved. She said well lucky them. We are talking about your case and if anything changes you will be notified by mail.  Soooooo disappointing :(
