try a receipt number below you, for example if yours ends in 89, try 81 .

That's what I did and it works 😁

I'm just a little puzzled now because it's showing the ones from Potomac centre and because we are now at Vermont it's not going in order now 🤔what are we to do but wait... haven't even got a clue who to call... this is such a slow process lol

198 days and still waiting 🤔

We are ccurrently as far as we know at Vermont. We started out at Potomac service centre. On the 23rd August they transferred out case to Vermont service centre due to work load i guess 🤷

I am feeling completely distraught as we hoped that we would be spending Christmas together and now don't know where to turn 😭

I am so pleased for you all who are now getting the green light to move to the next stage. It is fantastic to see, that it does happen.

Fingers (in fact everything is) crossed we get to that point soon and can see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.

Same, and also UK/US couple :( Could they be grouping us by country?

I called this AM for the first time since April but nothing, PD April 10th TSC. So anxious.

texas slow center. :crying:

I was so excited when we got Texas and I see TSC approvals here, just not us :( I hope after all this it isn't a RFE

ETA: My husband is visiting right now so we're not apart, but I was hoping we'd be wrapping it up in December and not still waiting for the first reply.

Fingers crossed for you as your a few more days ahead than us. It's gonna be a tough Christmas if we're still at this same stage 🤞

The ineptitude of the US government is shocking to me.

Our case was/is (who knows anymore?!) at the NBC. I'm applying for my daughters, who are 4 years old, children of a US citizen, and already living in the US. We should have been the simplest cases to process. Our priority date is April 24th, so we're only a few days out from the 6 month mark.

We received a "Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)" back in June, because we hadn't submitted a form I-864/I-864W with our initial package ... maybe because that information wasn't listed as required?! But bad on me, fair enough. We sent the forms in right away, and our online cases status updated to say that they'd received our responses and that they would mail us a decision or notify us if they required more evidence.

Yesterday, we received a "request for evidence" asking us for a completed form I-864 ... the form that we are exempt from, which is why we submitted the form I-864w ... the one they say they received?!

Not sure if our files have been transferred back to California? And if so, why don't they have access to this form?

Anybody else have a similar problem?

Hey guys, few weeks ago, we got an RFE, dad and I decided to have a DNA to give  a heavy weigh to the additional documents we submitted. Two questions:

1. Anyone with an idea the total time this will take from start upto sending to Potomac service centre?

2. Since bonafides for parent-child relationship have been sent, Is it mandatory that they wait for DNA arrival before approving the petition since they normally say it's optional or there's possibility of  approving before the DNA gets to them?

Congrats.  Please did you file as a citizen or a permanent resident? Because some March filers haven't gotten their NOA2 10
