April 2017 I-130 Filers

I was asked for evidence today. My PD Is 04/07. Do you know how much it Will take after sending the evidence to get an answer from USCIS? My lawyer said I have to wait for the email first which Will arrive in a week.

hi everyone! I just happened to check the USCIS site (which has never worked and always says invalid number) but today it says:

On October 16, 2017, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

I am SO ecstatic!!!!!!!!

Ho men sorry to hear about that but normally they say 15 days but they send it before give them some days 1 week maybe and call

We are ccurrently as far as we know at Vermont. We started out at Potomac service centre. On the 23rd August they transferred out case to Vermont service centre due to work load i guess 🤷

I am feeling completely distraught as we hoped that we would be spending Christmas together and now don't know where to turn 😭

I am so pleased for you all who are now getting the green light to move to the next stage. It is fantastic to see, that it does happen.

Fingers (in fact everything is) crossed we get to that point soon and can see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.
