Same here! I finally saw the status of my account on the USCIS website today. For the longest time, it showed invalid case number. :)

Hi again everyone.  I have a submitted i130 with a NOA1 of April 21st.  I’m a US citizen petitioning for my overseas spouse.  No decision yet. Anybody out there who’s still waiting like myself. Seems like everybody is getting approved.

Your case is at Potomac, so it's any day for you to get an approval.   Please update your timeline😊

I'm not really sure what month California is up to...but I don't think any of the service centers are in May yet. I believe Potomac is the fastest right now & they're still in April.

Thank you truelove29: I was worried because the date 23 august 2016 has not moved even a day from last one year. Is this possible? If it is true, then till when I should be alone just missing my beloved ones 😔 😔

Ignore that date...they do not seem to update them accurately. Try searching on here...or look at some of the other monthly threads like January or February & see if anyone who filed in those months have been approved from CSC yet. I don't think it's as bad as you think!

Hey guys. I am from the May 2017 forum. Is it me or USCIS has slowed down on processing i-130s towards the end of April. I think it may be due to the new i-130/i-130a change which started on April 28th.

Lets discuss if this has been your observations or someone with a priority Date past 4/28 who used the old form has been approved.

Ohh it means we hear good news very soon? Can you find out on October California service center approved application of which month??
